The room included a microwave, fridge, and complete set of cutlery and dishes. i felt very welcome here. the room had fresh coffee and treats upon my arrival. It was a pleasant surprise. the room had a co-working space, so i had a change of scenery.
the staff did not address concerns to my satisfaction. the fire alarm malfunctioned continuously. i had minimal sleep for two nights.

the surrounding areas provide a beautiful retreat from the city at day's end. it's a very pleasant walk to either notting hill or kensington high street. i found good access to both tube and bus transport.

Fantastic Find in Holland Park!

I was charmed by the modern, clean space!!! The mobile app access to the room was very convenient, offering a seamless experience. The location is excellent. I easily walked to Shepherd's Bush and Notting Hill. The quick responses from the staff via WhatsApp were much appreciated!!!
I found the hallways a bit narrow and maze-like when I first arrived with my luggage. It was difficult to navigate as everything looked the same, requiring assistance to find the lockers.

i loved the welcome cookies they were so delicious. the room had a large tv i found that really cool. the self check in was surprisingly easy for me it felt very modern. the location made it easy to access transportation options it was super convenient.
the lack of air conditioning could be a problem if the weather is hot i can see that.

i appreciated that the room included bowls plates and cutlery perfect for a quick meal. coffee was also left out on my arrival a nice touch i thought. i liked that the fridge was very useful for keeping drinks cold.

the room was super clean i was very impressed. the bed was big it was super comfy. the kitchen area in the room allowed for easy drink preparation i loved it. it was such a cute house from both the outside and the inside.
